Elsewhere Is Us

In celebration of 30 years of BHM. This exhibition explorers, diasporic presence that lives within its people. It speaks across identities and reflects the complexity of Black experience beyond national borders. Each artwork challenges the idea that one Black narrative can stand in for all. The exhibition asks what becomes possible when we gather across difference, when we recognize that each of us carries a geography shaped by movement, survival, and imagination.

Curated by Jevon ICARU$, Queen Kukoyi, and Nico Taylor of Oddside Arts, this exhibition enters Little Jamaica with care, centering embodied diaspora, shared ground, and the many ways Blackness exceeds borders.
