I’m born and raised in Scarborough and of Liberian and Sierra Leonean descent. I believe liberation and the fight for it was ingrained in my bloodline. My mother is a creative and she always empowered me to pursue any creative passion I desired which really informs/ed the confidence I carry in expressing myself. I feel like I’m walking in my purpose even when I’m scared and even when I’m unsure of my next path. God always lets me know if there’s misalignment.
