I am a product of healing and acceptance. Growing up with a Canadian mother and American father and white step mother, I experienced a lot of different cultures growing up. I often found myself fighting to learn more about my own culture and creating spaces for myself where I felt most like me. I have accumulated my culture through years of my own self discovery and ability to find my found family, allowing me to be myself, grounded and accepting of who I am and who I am to become.
